Refund, Exchange & Returns Policy

We understand that purchasing online can be a big commitment. We have developed the following returns policy to give you peace of mind when ordering through https://mtb.leatt.nz

All items are returnable, exchangeable & refundable depending on the circumstances.

Please note, we are unable to offer refunds for "change of mind" purchases or unwanted gifts. We also do not refund for goods which have been delayed in transit by the carrier.

Please include copy of sales invoice & and write a note describing the return situation.

The items must be returned in exactly the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, with all tags, completely unused, unless it is a warranty claim.

The returned goods must be in the possession of Leatt MTB NZ before any further action is taken.

Incorrect Orders

In the instance where Leatt MTB NZ has sent an incorrect Order or provided incorrect information. Please send us an email at info@mtb.leatt.nz and inform us of the error. We'll cover cost of shipping back to us & the return cost back to you.

Damaged in Transit

Don't stress - we'll work with you to remedy this! Sometimes our freight partners can be a bit over zealous about getting your item to you as quickly as possible and accidents can happen. If we have the item still in stock we will get you a new one asap. If you are home at the time of the delivery make sure you alert the driver to the damage! This really helps us with the claim process.

Warranty Claims

For warranty Items, please contact Leatt MTB NZ first on info@mtb.leatt.nz If the item is deemed to be faulty, we will cover cost of shipping back to us & we'll cover return shipping cost.
